Oba Iman Gift Card

Your gift card has no expiration date. Any remaining balance on the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. I will personally assess the situation to see how I can assist you further if necessary. Please remember to keep your gift card safe, as it cannot be replaced. It will be registered in our POS system and documented in our records. You can choose to receive an invoice for the gift card value or a physical card indicating the total amount. All communications will be verified by email from obaiman@obaiman.com.

Digital Art
After purchasing your digital art, the buyer will receive an electronic copy of the art file. All digital details will be emailed to buyer.

When Oba Iman and the customer sign off and agree to the transfer of digital or custom artwork. Then the art can be used for personal and business purposes.

Canvas, mugs, tote bags and Puzzles:

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7-15 days of shipping via UPS or USPS once the order is placed. However, if the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be processed and fulfilled on the next business day.

International orders normally take within 2-4 weeks of shipping. All orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If changes occur within your shipment, due to peak periods or result of Covid-19, you will receive an updated delivery notification.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with original product tags, and in its original packaging.
Please include receipt or proof of purchase to return all items. To request a return, you can contact us at obaiman@obaiman.com.
When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at obaiman@obaiman.com.
