Washing machine maintenance: Separate the pillow cover from the insert. Clean both items using a delicate washing cycle, warm water, and the mildest detergent available. Allow the pillow cover to air dry by hanging it, while the pillow can be placed in the dryer on a low heat setting, or alternatively, you can also choose to air dry the pillow.

Handwashing Instructions:

Add a few drops of mild detergent and gently scrub any stains or spots on the cover. Afterward, immerse the pillow cover in water and let it soak for ten minutes. Then, carefully squeeze out the excess water and hang it to dry.

When Oba Iman and the customer sign off and agree to the transfer of digital or custom artwork. Then the art can be used for personal and business purposes.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7-15 days of shipping via UPS or USPS once the order is placed. However, if the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be processed and fulfilled on the next business day.

International orders normally take within 2-4 weeks of shipping. All orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If changes occur within your shipment, due to peak periods or result of Covid-19, you will receive an updated delivery notification.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with original product tags, and in its original packaging.
