Shipping & Collector Policy

Welcome to the world of Oba Iman. Let’s bring creativity and imagination to life. Every piece you see is created with my eyes, mind, heart, and fingers. I handle every order with a personal touch to ensure the art you receive is as unique as the journey behind it.

1. The Collector Experience

• A Personal Call: I personally call every client to confirm order details and discuss any special requests for custom framing or personalization.

• Authentication: Every art print is accompanied by an authentic card made specifically for you. This card is sent via separate mail after you have received your framed art.

• International Shipping: If you would like me to ship internationally, please contact me to discuss. We will coordinate the best shipping method and costs for your location.

• NYC Local Pickup: If you are in New York City, I would be happy to meet you in person for your order pickup. Please reach out to coordinate.

2. Shipping Rates (Domestic)

• Standard Orders: Shipping is complimentary on all orders without discounts.

• Discounted Orders: A custom shipping fee will be applied at checkout for discounted orders.

• Limited Collectibles: Shipping is either complimentary or a flat rate of $25.00, depending on your specific pre-order.

3. Fulfillment Timelines

We ship via UPS or USPS Priority. Tracking info is emailed once your order is fulfilled. Please note: Recognized holidays may cause slight delays in these shipping windows.

• Prints & Giclee Canvas Prints: 5–8 Business Days

• Custom / Made-to-Order Art: Within 3 weeks (pending your approval)

• Corporate/Sports Teams: 3–4 weeks (including design approval)

4. Limited Collectible Pre-Orders (Apparel & Goods)

My garments (sweaters, hoodies) and art goods (mugs, puzzles, totes) are strictly limited collectibles.

• The Window: Pre-orders run for a window of 5 to 7 days.

• One-Time Production: Once the window closes, I produce only what was ordered and the design is retired.

• Shipping Timeline: These items ship within 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

5. Bespoke Gifts & The Collective Legacy

If you feel a connection to my characters—such as those in the "Friends In High Places" series—but don’t see exactly what you need online, please reach out.

• Custom Legacy Pieces: For custom creative legacy pieces or pieces from The Collective Legacy that require personalization or modification, a payment link will be emailed or texted to you to collect payment before production begins.

• Custom Bundles: I can curate custom bundles to fit your vision and budget.

A Note on Quality & Process

My work is born from two distinct creative processes: raw sketches drawn with a Sharpie, and my hand-drawn digital art.

I am incredibly detailed and typically spend two weeks to a month creating a single piece. I believe that true art cannot be rushed, and I do not like to be hurried in my execution. My goal is to ensure every special detail is captured so that you receive a piece that truly reflects my heart and mind. I appreciate your patience and your respect for this process.
