1. Framing and Protection:
• Avoid Glass or Acrylic Covers. Unlike paper prints, a canvas Giclée is designed to breathe. Never cover the artwork with glass or acrylic, which can trap moisture and humidity.

• Professional Framing is Essential. Consult a reputable, conservation-focused framer to have the piece properly float-framed or secured. This provides structural integrity and enhances its presentation.

2. Environmental Stability:
• Guard Against Elements: It is imperative to keep the canvas away from concentrated sources of smoke and grease (e.g., above a fireplace or in a kitchen).

• Temperature & Light: Protect the artwork from direct, sustained sunlight and refrain from hanging it in areas with excessive dry heat. Exposure to such conditions can cause the canvas fibers to dry out, leading to cracking or structural damage.

3. Routine Care:
• Dusting: Regularly and gently remove dust using only a clean, soft feather duster. Avoid using abrasive cloths or chemical cleaners.

Digital Art
After purchasing your digital art, the buyer will receive an electronic copy of the art file. All digital details will be emailed to buyer.

When Oba Iman and the customer sign off and agree to the transfer of digital or custom artwork. Then the art can be used for personal and business purposes.

Canvas, mugs, tote bags and Puzzles:

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7-15 days of shipping via UPS or USPS once the order is placed. However, if the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be processed and fulfilled on the next business day.

International orders normally take within 2-4 weeks of shipping. All orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If changes occur within your shipment, due to peak periods or result of Covid-19, you will receive an updated delivery notification.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with original product tags, and in its original packaging.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
