To ensure the long-term archival quality and collectible value of your print, please follow these guidelines:

Handling & Storage
• Immediate Protection: If you do not plan to immediately consult a professional, conservation-focused framer, please keep the print housed in its original plastic archival sleeve and shipping tube. This protects the surface and edges from environmental damage and handling marks until it can be properly mounted and displayed.

• Touch Minimally: Only touch the edges of the paper when handling. The oils from your hands can damage the print surface over time. 

Display Conditions
• Avoid Direct Light: Never display the print in direct, prolonged sunlight or beneath intense spotlights. Although Giclée inks are archival, UV exposure causes fading and will diminish the print's value.

• Environmental Stability: Keep the print away from areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity (e.g., bathrooms, over radiators). Stable environments prolong the life of the archival paper and inks. 

• Framing is Key: We strongly recommend having your print professionally framed with acid-free (archival) materials and UV-protective glass or acrylic. This is the best defense against environmental damage and is crucial for preserving your investment.

Digital Art
After purchasing your digital art, the buyer will receive an electronic copy of the art file. All digital details will be emailed to buyer.

When Oba Iman and the customer sign off and agree to the transfer of digital or custom artwork. Then the art can be used for personal and business purposes.

Canvas, mugs, tote bags and Puzzles:

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7-15 days of shipping via UPS or USPS once the order is placed. However, if the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be processed and fulfilled on the next business day.

International orders normally take within 2-4 weeks of shipping. All orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If changes occur within your shipment, due to peak periods or result of Covid-19, you will receive an updated delivery notification.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with original product tags, and in its original packaging.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
